This is an exciting group that includes people from graduate schools, graduate editorial offices, libraries, and others who are all involved in supporting students for their theses and dissertations.
The US Electronic Thesis and Dissertation Association (USETDA) will hold their 5th annual conference September 29– October 1, 2015 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Austin, Texas, hosted by the Texas Digital Library. USETDA Conferences are an excellent educational opportunity for ETD professionals from graduate schools, libraries, academic computing and others who work with ETDs, graduate students and scholarly communications.
Registration is now open for the USETDA 2015 Conference. The Early-bird member rate is only $169 (through July 31) and the hotel conference rate is $129 per night. Complete registration information is available online.
This year’s program includes keynote speaker Dr. Lorraine Haricombe, (University of Texas Libraries). Dr. Haricombe will speak about the importance of open access in scholarly communications.
