Fulbright Program, Over 50 awards, including Caribbean

Information to share about the Fulbright Program!


The Fulbright Program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, is the U.S. government’s flagship international exchange program. This year there are over 50 awards available in the Western Hemisphere: Latin America, the Caribbean and Canada. These opportunities allow faculty and professionals, at all stages of their career, to teach and/or conduct research in their discipline. They will be hosting a webinar on Wednesday, April 5, at 2pm EDT to review these opportunities, and encourage registrants to submit questions in advance.

We also encourage scholars to join My Fulbright, a resource center for applicants interested in the program.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens, and the current competition will close on August 1, 2017.
