The Florida & Puerto Rico Digital Newspaper Project is a collaboration between the University of Florida Smathers Libraries and the library at the University of Puerto Rico–Rio Piedras, as part of the state and territory’s involvement in the The National Digital Newspaper Program (NDNP), and part of the ongoing collaboration with the Digital Library of the Caribbean (dLOC).
